Golden Delicious’, a traditional and trusted dessert apple variety, produces heavy, regular crops of pale green to golden yellow fruits of excellent taste. The fruits are medium to large with firm, creamy white flesh which becomes slightly softer as they age. The fruits are ready for harvesting in November and they have good keeping qualities. ‘Golden Delicious’ has been awarded the Award of Garden Merit given by the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), which helps gardeners make informed choices about plants.
